Media Bias in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict

Today, the battlefield of guns and tanks has shifted to the battle for world opinion. Per capita, Israel is the most reported spot on Earth, with hundreds of Western journalists converging on this tiny strip of land to churn out 900 English-language reports every day.

At ther outbreak of the Intifada in September 2000, I became founding editor of HonestReporting.com, which quickly became the largest pro-Israel media watch group.

Among other successes, we orchestrated a major PR campaign exposing bias on CNN, which succeeded to the degree that top CNN officials flew to Israel to pledge sweeping changes in their coverage. The New York Times and other major media subsequently cited my work in affecting CNN's policy shift.

I am in the final stages of a 60,000-word, non-fiction book chronicling my experience going toe-to-toe with reporters and editors to expose media bias in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The book describe why media bias against Israel exists, and cites dozens of examples of the techniques the media uses to promote its anti-Israel narrative.
